As the sun is early showering all the brightness on us and the forecast of the scorching heat is already thrilling us. Let’s brace ourselves it’s going to be hotter. We feel desiccated in summer and feel less energetic as the sun absorbs all our energy. We need to take extra care of ourselves so that nothing can stop us in keep going. It can be done by consuming what is right. Here is the list of few things that not only has enough nutrients but also will keep us intact while sweating.

We all know the fact that it is 91% water. This is what makes it top of the list for stroking the heat. The high amount of water helps in cooling our body. It contains Potassium and Magnesium which helps in preventing heart diseases, cancer and regulates blood pressure. We just don’t have to drink water, we can eat it too.

The moment we hear lemon, we think of lemonade. It is refreshing and helps in digestion of food. It’s a citric food enriched with vitamin C. Lemon is good for health as well as for our body. Intake of lemon in food helps reducing the heat stroke and applying on skin can get rid of dryness in the scalp and face. For being refreshed when low, consume a glass of lime water.

It helps in getting better blood circulation because of the iron content present in it. It also helps in fighting the UV rays of sun. If we consume a single tomato we get all the required nutrients.
